I have some big news! I have left my course at University! I was studying at BCU on the Visual Communication course, but thing is, I already had a Level 5 HND, but they put me straight onto Level 5. It wasn't what I expected, and wasn't challenging enough, so I'm out of there!

I have a plan, and I'm going to make it on my own, somehow. I'm going to continue doing the photo sessions, but I'm trying to gain work experience. I am also going to invest in some photo workshops, to get photographically better. Wish me luck!

Here are a couple of photo sessions I've done recently. This is Keely, Keely is a moderator on a writing forum thats been open since 2005. The forum is dying, but I've made some wicked friends, all over the world, and Keely is one of the friends who lives near the same City as me. I finally met up with her, and took some photos! Shes so pretty.

This was taken a week before, when I thought I was staying at Uni, I tried to use the University's project for inspiration. Hence why it's not my usual thing, and it wasn't what I wanted totally. But Liz is a great model, and I'm going to work with her again. This time, with a better idea, and having no Uni to listen to! She's so tall as well!

That's all for now! If you're a Professional Wedding Photographer and need an assistant, then please contact me!!

Photography is kicking off.

After around a year of struggling, rethinking and many little photo sessions, I think my photography is starting to kick off.

I'm aiming to specialise in portraiture, the occassional fashion session, family portraiture and weddings! I have yet to dabble in wedding photography properly yet, so if you wouldn't mind a second photographer on your big day, then please ask me!

As this is my first blog (after I deleted many old posts) I'd better let everyone know that I have a website.

www.laurafellowsphotography.co.uk

I'm taking everything more seriously now. I am offering bargain photography sessions until December 15th, and then I will start charging for my time. One promotional offer is a 1-2 hour photo session, for free! No hidden catches, no obligation to buy a certain amount of prints, purchase however many you would like. Contact me at contact@laurafellowsphotography.co.uk for more information and to book.

Anywho, I've been trying to take as many photos as possible recently, I've been taking portrait shots mostly. Heres a quick sessions I had with my two cousins to put towards my portfolio. Hope you like it!
